Please read our full returns policy here

Goods can be returned for any reason
as long as you post them back to us within 7 days of them being delivered
(or attempted delivery if you were not home to receive them).

As long as goods are returned within 7days (3 days for choice orders - please see below) in the same (saleable) condition as you received them, you can have a full refund or, if you prefer, an exchange (subject to availability)

CHOICE ORDERS
If you order the same goods in different sizes to see which is the best fit or, order two or more of the same type of outfit (eg. 2 or more dresses or 2 or more tops etc) so you can pick the one you like best this is a 'choice order'.
'Choice orders' for orders inside the UK, need to be returned within 3 days of delivery (or attempted delivery) and there is a £10 restocking fee on each choice order item returned.
The above is for orders inside the UK and the restocking fee only applies on choice orders.

Sorry but if you have requested a Special Order (for goods we do not normally stock) then we cannot accept these back.
Personalised, altered or embroidered items cannot be returned.

Mischiefkids cannot refund postage charges for unwanted items nor can we reimburse postage and shipping costs incurred by returning an unwanted item
Sorry but postage costs are not refunded and there is a re-stocking fee on 'choice' orders and late returns.

Please contact us for a returns number before sending goods back.
To request your return or exchange number please reply to the Despatch Email we send to you (containing your copy invoice) as this gives us all the information we need to process your return.
Please do not telephone for a returns number as we would not be able to give this and the full returns procedure over the phone.
As we need your return back quickly we always respond to returns number requests quickly.
If you do not receive a reply to your returns number email within 24 working hours, please check your spam folder.
It may be that your email provider will not deliver our reply or your returns request has not been received, in this case please call us so that we can try again to send your returns number and returns procedure.
